Started in 2017, Phoenix Accommodation is a professional rooming accommodation agency. We are currently managing more than 100 rooms in St Lucia and South Brisbane areas to provide affordable accommodations for students. We have a 24-hour on duty manager located in St Lucia near the University of Queensland, with the purpose of better servicing our student accommodations in the area. We have a great relationship with student unions and university communities, which enables us to locate the most suitable tenants for our clients. This will be a great help in minimizing vacancy periods and maximizing income for property owners.

Through many years of property management business, Phoenix Accommodation has built up a strong team consisting of many industry specialists and contractors like electricians, plumbers, gardeners and builders to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living environment to our tenants. We solve issues quickly to prevent larger ones arising, reducing maintenance cost for owners. With our rich knowledge and experience, Phoenix Accommodation can assist owners and tenants with requests or disputes, communicate with RTA or City Council and lodge claims to insurance companies or QCAT.
